Wilbarger County Child Welfare Board Inc.

The Wilbarger County Child Welfare Board is a nonprofit located in Vernon, Texas. Our goal is to end child abuse in our community. We work to support all foster children in our county by providing emergency assistance to Child Protective Services, foster homes and families. We provide birthday, back to school and Christmas gifts to foster kids from Wilbarger County.
