Community Healthcare Center

Community Healthcare Center (CHC) is a primary care medical, dental and behavioral health counseling clinic providing services to over 31,000 patients a year. Patients of CHC include the uninsured, underinsured, and insured.  CHC provides healthcare services beginning as early as newborn infants all the way to seniors. Our licensed medical, dental and behavioral health clinicians – and their care teams – are committed to providing superior healthcare for the entire family. Healthcare services at Community Healthcare Center include Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Family Medicine, TodayCare All-Day Walk-In Clinic, Children & Adult Dentistry and Behavioral Health Counseling for children and adults. Plus, CHC has support services for center patients, including an on-site low-cost pharmacy, x-ray, and lab services. 

Every day Community Healthcare Center (CHC) helps kids, families, adults and seniors receive the precious medical, dental and counseling care needed to have a healthy and productive life. Patients and families are not always prepared for the unexpected, and CHC is always finding ways to help patients during those difficult times. CHC has Blessing Boxes and Closets at most of our clinical sites that help those in need in various ways, including school supplies, toiletries, nonperishable foods, clothes, and more. It takes donations and dollars to keep those Blessing Boxes and Closets supplied on a day-to-day basis.
