Camp Lu-Jo KISMIF is a Christian youth camp dedicated to training young people spiritually, mentally, socially, and physically a Christian environment.

Every session and retreat are designed to equip the next generation for Christian service by enriching their lives through Christ’s teachings and example. Lu-Jo provides a safe place to make life-long friends and enjoy God's great outdoors.

As we celebrate 64 years of Christian camping in 2025, we are raising money to renovate our oldest dorm built in 1985. This is a multi-year campaign to raise $300,000 and with your help and God's blessings we will achieve our goal.

MORE ABOUT LU-JO:

The first camp session of Camp Lu-Jo was held June 23-30, 1962 and in 2024 we offered 7 summer sessions and a fall youth retreat.

Lu-Jo is nestled in southwest Oklahoma between the Wichita Mountains and the Red River on Pecan Creek.  Thousands of youth and adults have enriched their lives in this beautiful setting.

“Lu-Jo” comes from the name Lucille Jones, who donated the land on which Lu-Jo resides.

“KISMIF” stands for: Keep It Spiritual, Make It Fun!

Lu-Jo is operated by Camp Lu-Jo KISMIF, Inc., a non-profit tax exempt corporation governed by a board of  directors made up of faithful Christian men and women.
