Friends of the Burkburnett Library

Who We Are

The Friends of the Burkburnett Library is an all-volunteer non-profit organization that works to promote and improve the library facilities, materials, and services for the Burkburnett community. We support the library financially beyond their public budget allowance, as well as provide volunteer services to help strengthen the library's programs and to encourage the broadest possible use of its facilities, materials, and outreach for our community.    

What We Do

Library Activities and Programs Friends of the Burkburnett Library supports:

🔸summer reading programs

🔸library technology upgrades

🔸additional library media (books, dvd's, etc.)

🔸furniture and display upgrades

🔸annual scholarship to local Burkburnett High School student

🔸community book sales  

🔸G.E.D. program support
