Night To Shine - Wichita Falls, TX

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs. We are blessed to be a part of this growing worldwide movement through the local church where thousands of people with special needs will be celebrated, given the royal treatment, and reminded of God’s love for them! 

In February 2020, A Night to Shine came to Wichita Falls for the first time. We hosted over 150 honored guests at Onelife Community Church for a truly unforgettable night. Our honored guests enter the evening by walking the red carpet while DJ Marcus pumps up the cheering crowd.

An awesome dinner is served before embarking on the night’s activities. Honored guests enjoy a karaoke lounge and a photo booth where they pose for the cameras. Our glam room is full of goodies to help our honored guests if they needed a touch up, a dab of lipstick or even a shoeshine. For our guests that might be overwhelmed or simply need a break, our sensory room provides a reprieve from the frenzy by offering a quiet, calm environment with activities that our honored guests love.  Limo rides are provided and take our honored guests on a drive around the event. Honored guests dance all night long and are all crowned the kings & queens of prom! 

In 2025 Night to Shine partnered again with the YMCA and hosted 250 Honored Guests and over 300 volunteers.   Our hope is that Night to Shine 2026 is even bigger and better for our honored guests, and we need your help.

Night to Shine is a completely free event for our honored guests.  Your donation will help us give our Honored Guests the night they deserve and a prom they’ll remember for a lifetime.
