Care, Hope, and Support for ALL When Illness Threatens Life
Hospice of Wichita Falls is proud to offer the only local nonprofit palliative care program in Wichita Falls and the surrounding communities. In 2025, Palliative Care of North Texas will celebrate 10 years of "experienced, supportive care for all living with a serious illness."

Palliative care offers management of symptoms caused by illnesses and the treatments that may be given. Unlike hospice care, palliative care allows patients to continue to seek curative treatment and works closely with their primary care doctor and any other specialists they may see. Palliative Care of North Texas is proud to offer:
- Over 25 years of combined palliative care experience between providers
- Low patient-to-provider ratio and direct access to providers
- Certified hospice and palliative care Advanced Practice Nurses and Nurse Practitioners
- Monthly clinics in Clay, Wilbarger, and Young Counties
- Partnership with Integrity Care Partners to improve patient outcomes and close the service gap that patients with life-limiting illnesses face
As the first and longest-standing community palliative care program in Wichita Falls and its surrounding communities, Palliative Care of North Texas offers unique services to its patients, including assistance with medical supplies, medication, food, clothing, and transportation.
